Bridlington Tourism Association inspected and accredited self-contained holiday apartments, near the harbour and walking distance from the South beach, Spa Centre, shopping area and main amenities of Bridlington Town Centre and with local shops & Tesco's supermarket close by. There is also a launderette around the corner from the property on West Street. Apartment 3 is a two story self contained duplex apartment on the top 2 floors of the property. It has a well equipped kitchen, through lounge/diner with flat screen T.V. and DVD player, bathroom and double bedroom on the 2nd floor and a double bedroom, 2 single bedrooms and a shower room on the 3rd (attic) floor. Please note that whilst the 2nd floor is centrally heated, the top attic floor is heated by thermostatically controlled electric heating appliances. Parking - whilst not a reservable parking space, each booking comes with 2 x 24/7 on street public parking permits for the duration of the stay. Public parking bays are located in the street that the property is situated in for permit holder's and the permit can also be used in any available parking bay in Parking Zone B in Bridlington . Additional parking permits are available on request for customers staying in this apartment if more than 2 cars are brought. Free complimentary Wi-Fi is provided. Duvets and pillows are provided as standard. Whilst linen & towels are available please note that this can be hired as an optional extra from my local agent in Bridlington. However, customers are welcome to bring their own bed linen and towels to keep their costs down should they wish. Travel cot(s) and a high chair can be loaned, subject to availability, at no charge. Interaction with guests
The owner will respond to enquiries, messages & bookings via the website's messaging system. Her own booking form will be sent for completion once customer contact details are provided to her after the balance has been paid. Once the completed, signed form has been received back a further confirmatory email will be sent and the check In details will be emailed a couple of weeks before the stay. The local agents lives across the road. They undertake changeover cleaning, welcome guests on arrival and are on call should anything be needed. They will respond as soon as they reasonably can subject to the level of need & when available. N.B the owner doesn't live in Bridlington but can be contacted in an absolute emergency.

We’ve just got home from another 5 night stay in apartment 3 of the marina apartments. Conveniently situated near the Spa and close to the harbour and shops. This was our 5th stay and we have rebooked again. Highly recommended. Perfect base for our daughters...More

Perfect location and friendly host, had everything you needed to make it homely. A nice stroll to the beach, shops, the locals and food outlets.

About the neighbourhood
Bridlington is an East Yorkshire seaside town having most of the usual amenities associated with a popular seaside resort. It has both a long South and North Beach are separated by the fishing harbour with fishing boats & tourist boats in season. There is a tourist train operating from the Park & Ride along the seafront to Sewerby in season. For nature lovers RSPB Bempton famous for it's breeding seabirds including Puffins at the relevant time of year is a few miles away just along the coast.
Getting around
Once at the resort most Bridlington amenities are within walking distance. For disabled customers using mobility scooters and/or wheelchairs the town is mainly flat with very few hilly areas. Bridlington is serviced by both a bus and train station, which are within walking distance of the property. For those less mobile or wishing to travel further afield to areas not serviced by public transport, taxi numbers are provided at the property.
