Bridlington Tourism Association inspected and accredited self-contained ground floor and wheelchair accessible apartment with private secure courtyard garden. Up to 2 dogs accepted (except school summer holidays & key major Bridlington events such as the annual Scooter Rally) . Very near the harbour and close walking distance to South Beach, the Spa Centre, shopping areas and main amenities of the town centre and leisure facilities. Some local shops , restaurants, take-aways & Tesco supermarket close by. There is also a launderette around the corner from the property on West Street. A complimentary 24/7 on street parking permit is provided for the duration of the stay. Family bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), living room with standard size sofa bed (more suitable for 1 adult or 2 children as not a full size double but 2 adults can use it at customer's own discretion). French Doors lead from living room to courtyard garden. Living room leads to kitchen/breakfast room & shower room. Disabled Accessibilty Information - This apartment has waist height light switches and sockets and appropriately placed hand rails and a pull down toilet rail. A raised toilet seat, portable shower stool and portable wheelchair ramps are available on request. N.B. The shower is in a contained shower cubicle with hinged door & with a step in tray so it is not a wet room. Also non-wheelchair users with mobility issues, please note there is 1 step to kitchen with a hand rail but the ramp is still available if required. There is a fire door between the living room and the kitchen.This apartment is not suitable for unaccompanied unassisted customers with mobility needs. If in any doubt as to the apartments suitabilty for specific disability needs it is advisable to liaise with the owner via this sites messaging system prior to making a booking request. Whilst there is a small parking area within the rear outside patio area accessible from an alleyway at the rear of the property, it is only suitable for very small cars due to the narrowness of the alleyway & turning area. If used, cars are parked there at the owners own responsibility. However, most customers make use of the complimentary 24/7 on street parking permit provided for the duration of the stay. Parking bays are located immediately around the property in the street that the property is situated in and the permit can also be used in any available parking bay in Parking Zone B in Bridlington . Duvets and pillows are provided as standard. Whilst linen is provided on request, please note that this is an optional extra (see pricing notes later for more details and prices). Customers are welcome to bring their own bed linen and towels to keep their costs down should they wish. Up to 2 small/medium dogs are accepted in Apartment 1 except for summer school holiday season & key annual Bridlington event (a £20 one off supplement applies payable at check in). . A travel cot and high chair can be loaned subject to availability at no charge. Apartment 1 is excellent value for money , lovely clean and comfortable accommodation, perfectly situated for the beach and town centre and most important dog friendly.

Located near the sea front and really accessible to all local attractions, my elderly mum really enjoyed her break and having the ground floor flat was a bonus due to her health. She really likes this apartment and books yearly.

Appt was a good size and ok if using a manual wheelchair. Unfortunately Kevins is an electric so didnt fit, but kept in yard. Yard is lovely for afternoon/evening sunshine. Very well situated for beach and shops etc. Door to kitchen is a very heavy...More

Location is fantastic close to the beach and shops. Agents are wonderful nothing was too much trouble, Apartment was clean and a good size. Good amenities for my mum who is in a wheelchair. Already thinking about booking again for next year.
