This is a lovely cottage, had everything we needed; fully equipped kitchen, large living room and nice outside area. the location was perfect, a couple of minutes walk to the restaurants, cafes and pub, and in the opposite direction the harbor and coastal walks. Would definitely recommend.

About the neighbourhood
The cottage is in the heart of the harbour area, which is managed by the National Trust - so the location is unspoilt without the commercialisation that can blight popular holiday destinations. But this does not mean that there are no facilities.
Close to the cottage are a range of shops selling everything from food and groceries to take away food, clothing, pictures and fancy goods. On the lawn opposite the cottage regular events are held, and the river provides the location for the famous Duck Race for charity in July. Within easy driving distance are the towns of Tintagel which is about 4 miles away from Boscastle, Padstow, Bude (with its fantastic beaches) Bodmin and Wadebridge. The world famous Eden project is also close by.
