    Seagull Barn is a romantic 2 bedroom cottage located in Boscastle and can comfortably sleep 4 people.It is the perfect hideaway with many delightful character features including a solid slate fireplace with wood burner, open beamed ceilings and exposed stone walls.Seagull Barn has a lovely enclosed garden and patio area with garden furniture and barbeque for summer evenings.The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and fridge with freezer compartment. An AGA adds to the character, but it is not in working order. The living area is reached via a stable door from the kitchen.     Upon booking you will be contacted by Cornish Seaview Cottages directly. We will require either card details or a cheque to cover the £300 security deposit. Please note that we do not charge the card. Card details will be destroyed and your cheque returned to you after your stay should there be no damage.

    Once we have these details we will send out all the information required to access the property including key code, caretaker number, map and directions together with a PDF version of the welcome folder that will be in the property should you wish to read through it prior to your stay.

    Should you require any assistance during your stay the caretaker can be contacted in the first instance and we are always at the end of the phone.

    We like simplicity, booking process was quick & easy.furnished with everything you will need. Welcome Pack on arrival including milk tea & coffee. A nice touch was the bottle of red wine.     The only thing I would say is that when you come to replace the cooker would you give some thought to getting a duel oven one. They are much more convenient when trying to keep plates or food warm whilst using the grill or second oven.

    Comfortable and warm, this cottage was just what we were looking for. A well equipped kitchen for the chef (husband), lots of piping hot water for bubbly baths (wife) and a secluded garden (dog).
