Double doors from the large living area lead you out onto your own balcony where you can spend the day watching the waves and enjoy eating al fresco. There are two comfortable double bedrooms (one with a kingsize and one with a double) where you will be able to rest your head after a long day exploring everything that Newquay has to offer. There is also a sofa bed in the living area for extra sleeping capacity making this property brilliant for families or friends. Situated on the desirable Pentire Headland, this property is a perfect base to escape from the hustle and bustle of the main streets, yet close enough to walk into the town centre where you can sample many of the restaurants and bars. There is also easy access to the beaches and coastal paths for those who are adventurous enough to try a bit of surfing or if you simply want to relax on the beach and soak up the sun.. The property will be available from 3pm on your day of arrival and check out time on the day of departure is 10am. The property is equipped with everything you will need including utilities, bed linen and towels. Please note, this property does not have a washing machine, however a local launderette is just short drive away on Tower Road. The Key safe is located in the car park space directly in front of you as you park your car. The code to the key safe will be sent to you via text message 7 days prior to your arrival.More
