The self contained wing is recently converted and offers the period charm of an old house but with modern facilities The property is situated in the small village of Godolphin Cross (1 mile from Godolphin House - National Trust) in the heart of the Cornish countryside, approx 3 miles from Helston. There is a choice of local shops and several large supermarkets in Helston. The property is only a few miles from both the North and South Coasts with the Lizard, St. Ives, Penzance, St. Michaels Mount, Praa Sands and Porthleven all within 20-30 minutes drive. Godolphin Cross is a tranquil village situated in West Cornwall. The village is just 5 KM from the beaches of the South Coast and yet only 10 KM from the beaches of the North Coast. The village has easy access to all the major attractions in the area but is a haven away from it all at the end of the day. Godolphin Village is on established walking routes and has the National Trust Godolphin House and Estate within 0.5 KM.
