Holiday Rental House
The Barn is attached and part of a now non working farm called Higher Boden, which comprimises a Grade II listed farmhouse and outbuildings which have been converted into other dwellings , there are 4 properties in total on the farmsite . The Barn is quite secluded and has its own drive and parking .There is a large garden and 2 acre paddock which belongs exclusively to The Barn, a cart shed which can accomodate outside BBQ if weather is less good and a very large stable block with plenty of space for the kids and a full size table tennis table . It is located on the Lizard Penisula 2 miles from the Helford River and sea, it is an ideal place for those who want to get away from it all but with the option of plenty of activities at hand . The Old stone Barn has been sensitively converted...The Barn is attached and part of a now non working farm called Higher Boden, which comprimises a Grade II listed farmhouse and outbuildings which have been converted into other dwellings , there are 4 properties in total on the farmsite .
