Little Haven is a fantastically situated, late 18th century boat store that has just been renovated to a very high standard and has only recently been made available for let. It is in the prettiest part of the village of Kingsand and close to the Village Clock Tower.

Just had four delightful nights at Little Haven. Perfect location, romantic and quiet, very well appointed cottage/ apartment for two. Two pubs within 50 meters either side serving excellent food. Very clean, comfortable bed, bedding and quality towels. Milk, tea, coffee, prosecco and biscuits on arrival, a nice touch from the owner. Good WiFi. We will return, definitely! 5⭐️

About the neighbourhood
The pretty fishing villages of Kingsand and Cawsand are in a conservation area and are linked by a narrow street lined with pastel coloured seaside cottages. There is a hotel, four pub restaurants and two cafes, a village shop, Post Office and gallery for all your needs. A ferry will take you to The Barbican in Plymouth or from Cremyll you can take a short ferry ride to the Royal William Yard where Hugh Fearnley Whittingstall has his River Cottage Canteen. If you like walking there are miles of walks along coastline with breathtaking scenery either through the Mount Edgecombe Estate or westerly around Penlee, Rame and on towards Whitsand bay where you will experience the most panoramic views in Cornwall. How to get there
Pick up a hire car from Newquay and head South East towards Liskeard then on towards Torpoint but before you get there turn off towards Millbrook and pass through the village on into Kingsand.

Pick up a hire car or taxi at Millbay docks or Plymouth train station and head for the Torpoint Ferry, follow the traffic up through the town and take a left turn at the Carew Arms pub and head toward KIngsand via Millbrook.

There is a car park at the bottom of Fore Street in Kingsand on the right hand side, just 2 minutes from the house. Check in is anytime after 3pm and check out is at 10am on the day of departure.
