SUNDAY CHANGE OVER - Robins Rest is a delightful 2 bedroom cottage and is part of a row of terraced houses, in the lovely village of Pendeen which is famous for its mining heritage in the heart of Poldark Country. Geevor tin mine is positioned between the villages of Pendeen and Trewellard. The St Just area has a rich mining history and has now been designated a World Heritage Site by UNESCO, and is also in one of the twelve Cornish Areas of Outstanding natural Beauty. Pendeen lighthouse is a mile to the North. The coastline in this part of Cornwall is simply outstanding and the road from St Ives to St Just is possibly the most scenic drive in the county.

It offers fantastic coastal walks and is full of mining history and is the home of Geevor Mine the last working tin mine in the area which is open to the public with a visitor’s centre and offers a tour of 18th century tunnels.
