A large four bedroom, beautifully presented, modern holiday home, set over three floors, with a private garden and private parking for three to four cars. Set at the edge of the village of Perranporth, in a quiet cul-de-sac, the property is just three minutes' walk from the South West coast path and a glorious stroll to Perranporth's spectacular three mile long beach. Alternatively, a 10 minute stroll down the hill will take you to the high street, shops, cafes and amenities of the village. The property is a contemporary and spacious house with open plan living, perfect for a family holiday. The ground floor has a spectacular 25ft lounge, which has three sofas, two arm chairs and a large TV with DVD player with two sets of double doors leading to the large garden. From the kitchen you will find a utility room with a washing machine and a separate toilet. On the first floor are two double bedrooms both with two single beds and the family bathroom which has a toilet, wash hand basin, bath and shower. The top floor has two further double bedrooms, both with a double beds and another bathroom with a shower cubicle, wash hand basin and toilet. Two of the bedrooms have glorious cornish countryside views. To the front of the property is private off street parking for three to four cars.More

This was a great place to stay. Really nice, spacious house. Stylish throughout and great family amenities e.g. Books for the kids. Highly recommended 👍🏼
