Not sure that this property has passed plannng permission requirements. There were some health and safety issues. Owner / manager is clearly not from Cornwall and does not know area. Thought Porthallow was near Looe which is some 50 miles away!

Yes I am from Cornwall and have lived here all my life. The property is located in Porthallow on the Lizard Peninsula as per the location and address. Compact and bijoux! But really well thought out. Great for a weekend escape for two, lovely village and people. Friendly local pub with superb food..we loved it

Check in is from 4.00pm and check out prior to 10.00am . All cancellations must be in writing. We accept no responsibility for personal loss or damage howsoever caused. In the event of the property not being available due to natural occurrence, fire or flood a full refund of the money paid for the rental will be given. No refund will given due to strikes, delayed flights and factors outside our control. We recommend you take out travel insurance to cover cancellation fees, loss of property etc. By making this booking you are agreeing to the terms and conditions as stated above.

This is a very much loved and very unspoiled part of south Cornwall, south of the exquisite and famous village of Helford and the renowned Helford River and Gillan harbour. Helford River and its creeks are of enormous interest to sailing enthusiasts with their world renowned sailing waters, ideal for both yachting, powerboats and dinghy sailing.
