A small but comfortable self-catering chalet sleeping up to four on a quiet site close to Britain's most southerly point.

Outside there is a small area of lawn at the front of the chalet, an allocated parking space and at the rear a large communal field. The site is located around 1 mile north of Lizard village with its numerous gift shops, local services, pub and takeaways. The Lizard peninsula benefits from a sub-tropical climate and Trevelyan Holiday Homes is ideally situated to explore this stunning part of Cornwall and the far South-West of the county.

The lounge has a double sofa bed, table, chairs and storage facilities. We have digital TV, DVD player, iPod Dock, Sony Playstation and a small selection of board and outdoor games.

We don't live locally but we have an excellent cleaner who looks after the chalet for us and will ensure everything is as you'd expect to find it. If you have any questions during your stay we're always on the end of the phone.

Perfect place to stay , qood location,just 3.5 miles to lizard , 20 min to Marazion or just few min from Helston Tesco / Sainsbury. Would recommend to everyone who wants to visit Cornwall.

About the neighbourhood
From the rugged cliffs of the west coast and mainland Britain's most southerly point across the open wilderness of Goonhilly downs to the luscious green valleys of the Helford on the east coast; the Lizard Peninsula has plenty to offer and all within a 10-20 minute drive from our chalet.
Getting around
The site entrance is on the main Lizard Road just north of Lizard village making it easy to get around the peninsula and to other popular destinations within West Cornwall.
If you wish to use the local buses they will stop at the gate on request but we do recommend a car.

How to get there
Airport: Cornwall Airport Newquay: 70.0 km
Railway: Redruth: 30.0 km
Take the A30 into Cornwall, then take the A39 to Truro and then on towards Falmouth and Helston. Before you reach Falmouth take the A394 to Helston, then take the A3083 Lizard Road past Culdrose Airfield. After 6 miles you will pass the Mullion road on your right and Mullion Holiday Park on your left. Continue south on the Lizard Road for another 1.5 miles until you see the entrance to Trevelyan Holiday Homes on your right.

If you are following a sat nav the postcode is TR12 7AU, but this will most likely direct you to the site next door, Predannack. We are the next entrance heading south on the right, marked by a blue sign. No. 4 is located in the central block.
