Lakeside Cottage is a detached two bedroomed property within the same grounds as the owner's accommodation and enjoys sweeping views of Newquay's popular Trenance Boating Lake and Gardens.

This property is just outside Newquay town centre but convenient for it's shops and restaurants, Newquay Zoo, Newquay swimming pool, tennis courts and the horse riding stables. It is well located for access to the main roads out of the town and close to the River Gannel Estuary and the beaches.

We really enjoyed our stay at this location. Alison was very helpful and the accommodations were first class. It was a great location for us as we were travelling through out various areas of Cornwall and it was easy to find our way to main travel roads. more

Beautiful, modern, clean and well equipped cottage in a quiet location, ideal for a family of four. Not to far from Newquay town centre and easily accessible to main routes to visit other locations in Cornwall. more

BEDROOM TWO A twin room with zip and link beds on the ground floor, side tables and lamps, chest of drawers, wardrobe and a flatscreen TV with Freeview. Leading off the bedroom is an ENSUITE BATHROOM comprising of a separate bath, shower cubicle with mains shower, WC and wash hand basin.

Off the first floor landing is a Storage and cloak cupboard.
