This is an extremely comfortable family house for a sophisticated and peaceful holiday away from the bustle of Byron beaches but close enough to go for an early morning swim/surf and then home to a lazy day. There are 3 bedrooms (plus a large family room downstairs with an Ikea lounge which can sleep 2 teenagers- there is also a similar Ikea lounge upstairs). All conveniences - ceiling fans, wifi, flat screen TV (with Netflix), ice maker fridge, outside shower etc.

Depending on the length of the stay, we would be in the area. If longer, we will be in Brisbane but services etc can be organised by us at short notice. We are very experienced hosts through other short term rental companies.

About the neighbourhood
We are in the village of Bangalow with it's range of shops and cafe's - it is very well known for being stylish, sophisticated and trendy but not 'over the top'. The streets are tree lined, green hills in the distance, koalas often in the street! Very pleasant early morning or evening walks.
A car is recommended. Over the Christmas/New Year break, we may have a VW Polo available for use by guests (subject to agreement and approval). Byron area beaches are 15 minutes away.
How to get there
Airport: Ballina Airport: 17.0 km
We are 10 minutes walk from the main street of Bangalow. Our street is easily found and the house is obvious with it's white picket fence and red mail box. There are treed areas at the end of the street - koalas are often seen there.
