A magnificent two meter-square northeast-facing window fills the open-planned space with natural light and sweeping countryside views. Its rustic charm is enhanced with quality fittings and modern conveniences. The chef’s kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal using the region’s incredible fresh produce and artisan products. The Cottage is beautifully appointed with a mix of antiques and modern pieces, plus luxury bedding, linen and towels. In addition to a queen-sized bed, there is a Danish designer couch which converts into a comfortable double bed and extra bedding can be provided upon request. Enjoy a barbeque under the spectacular old fig tree, or cuddle up in front of the fireplace. Feel free to pack a picnic and stroll around the farm - there are many beautiful spots to relax. If you enjoy fishing, bring a rod and catch some Bass or Perch on the property at the confluence of Byron Creek and Wilsons River. There are also bikes provided to explore the local area. The Cottage is completely self-contained and private, with an uninterrupted outlook. It really feels like your own little home in the country.More
