We will take a deposit from 1000,- Reales when you arrive You get the money back when we get key and the property in the same condition back as we did take it over to you.
Cleaning cost is also pay extra and it ic 100,- Reales (about 30,- Pound)

LINDA PRAIA, LINDA CASA PARA DESFRUTAR
Casa com tudo o necessário para uma ótima estadia. Bastante espaço para acomodar confortavelmente todos nós. Otimo local para acesso à praia. A casa estava limpa na chegada. Cozinha equipada e adequada para as refeições. Água quente nos chuveiros que funcionou perfeitamente. Lavadoura e ar condicionado funcionando. Churrasqueira perfeita. As roupas de cama e toalhas limpas. Ótimo local para passear, passa final de semana, relaxar, praia tranquila, mar ótimo para fazer surf.

Muchos inconvenientes en 16 noches
Llegamos a la casa llevadas por una persona , que no era con la que me había comunicado durante 2 meses. La casa estaba sucia totalmente , saque fotos a todo antes de limpiar nosotros , porque la persona que venía a limpiar nunca llegó. Había gente en la casa, de mantenimiento entrando y saliendo , mientras nosotros estabamos con las valijas sin entender el idioma sin saber que hacer. No había sábanas limpias, no había microondas , todo esto me habían dicho que había. Estuve 2 meses teniendo charlas con Rubén preguntando si había sabanas y toallas y informandole la hora que estaríamos llegando y no puso ningun problema . Pero cuando llegamos no había nada limpio, había por suerte lavadora y aparte de limpiar la casa tuvimos que lavar las sábanas y toallas . A los dos días de estar no tuvimos más agua caliente, llamamos tuvimos que esperar que vinieran a arreglarnos el agua perdiendo un día de paseo y playa . A los 2 días no tuvimos agua caliente otra vez volvimos a llamar y no vinieron , calentabamos agua con un jarra para bañarnos. El jueves antes de irnos (nos ibamos el domingo 20 ) llegamos y no había luz , estabamos aislados ( aclaro que esa casa es muy linda pero en un lugar peligroso y solamente teniamos un almacen chiquito en la esquina ) , tuve que ir al almacén para que me presten el wiffi para poder mandar wappsap. No hubo contestación . Cuando volvimos a la casa se nos ocurre mirar en el buzon y nos habían dejado una carta que nos habían cortado la luz por falta de pago, no teniamos agua porque la misma subia con un motor, todo lo que teniamos en la heladera se nos perdio, esa noche nos quedamos y a la mañana nos fuimos a ponta negra y alquilamos en una posada. Ahí les mande wapsap , para informarles lo que había pasado , esto fue el viernes y el sábado me contesto que el lunes ya teniamos luz, pero nosotros nos ibamos el domingo. Tenía la llave en mi poder entonces le empecé a mandar mensajes , que hacía con la llave , y no me contestó. Esas fueron mis hermosas vacaciones , un verdadero desastre. Ah me olvidaba tengo las fotos del comprobante del corte de luz, por si lo precisan.

Interesante es solo que con tantas problemas nunca se ha puesto en contacto conmigo ni con la agencia!?todos los otras cliente nunca y nadie tenia una pega ¡ si sea cierto ,para mi es un placer resolver todo los problemas,
para las personas mayores que se buscan un hotel con recepción de 24 horas
mi casa de la playa es a una mala elección
Lo siento,
Siugimos hacer el máximo que es posible para nuestras clientes pero hay que saber en una casa en la playa tiene siempre el problema de arena
