1800 square feet Victorian in the heart of downtown historical Bristol, Rhode Island. Very close distance to docks, Prudence Island ferry, east bay bike/walking path, town common, shopping, and restaurants. Just park your car and relax at 18 Church Street and listen to the church bells from our front porch or sit in our patio and enjoy our gardens.

Great location in a great little town!
Just back from a long weekend with friends (4 adults total). We mainly went to do the fantastic bike trail from Bristol to Providence. The house met all of our needs. The location was perfect. Loved starting my days having coffee and breakfast on the front porch watching people walk their dogs with even a view of the nearby park and bay. Beth, the host was very helpful and accommodating. She even brought in a load of firewood (all cedar!) for us to use. We had a nice (outdoor) fire on Saturday night. The town of Bristol is awesome and very walkable. Lots of places to shop and eat. Too many activity options for us to enjoy in one weekend but we did love the bike trail and also did a bike ride to Colt State Park which was lovely. We'll definitely go back and stay here again!

Great Stay, Centrally Located!
We loved our stay at 18 Church St. in Bristol, RI. We enjoyed eating at the local restaurants and there are some cute stores to shop at. The entire town is scenic and located on the water, so no matter where you go it's a picture perfect view. I enjoyed making coffee in the morning and walking down to the water watching the boats head out into the harbor. I also like the central location and easy access for daytrip's to Providence, Newport, Boston, Connecticut and New Hampshire. Beth is a gracious host and her place is our home away from home now! If you're looking for a comfortable place, a historic town, great food and access to amazing sites… 18 Church St. is the place to begin the journey.

This rental was absolutely perfect. Great location, dog friendly, perfect hostess.
This house was amazing, absolutely beautiful. Great location to downtown Bristol, with great restaurants and plenty to see and do. Beth was the perfect hostess. She allowed us to bring our dog which was a big plus for us. And she had a fenced in area for your pet. She provided everything you could think of in the house. Sheets, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, grill. She even had Kleenex and soap everywhere. She thought of everything you could possibly need. All we needed to buy was groceries. Even the refrigerator was partially stocked, and a basket full of goodies on the counter!! And she tells you, just use whatever you need!! We would definitely go again!! This rental is a big winner!!

Amazing House in best Bristol Location!
Beth was amazing. Her home is so charming and welcoming in the best location to downtown Bristol. We were able to walk everywhere which was great. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed and more. Beth stocked the fridge with drinks and snacks and even a crumb cake. All the small details we discovered just kept adding up to a wonderful home away from home feel. The house itself is immaculately clean with more than enough fresh towels, linens, etc. I can't recommend this house enough - I'd have to say, best flipkey rental I've been to yet! Can't wait to come back.

Loved our stay
This house was everything we needed and more!
There was more than enough space for 2 couples and Beth was very accommodating. We landed quite late at night and she was still available to give us keys and a short tour at nearly midnight.
The fridge was stocked with water and there were some awesome snacks in a basket.
The place is in walking distance to everything we needed - which was a bonus - as was the parking in the back..
Beth was very quick to reply before and during our stay and we'd for sure use the house again!

Nice
Ideal location for walking the beautiful town of Bristol. This apartment is much, much larger than it appears in the photos. The off street parking is a huge benefit since parking permits are required on most of the residential streets in the area. Beth, the owner is nice and friendly. I would rent again.

AMAZING HOUSE
We came from Australia and our brother and sister-in-law found this amazing house to rent as a family.We just loved Bristol close to all shops/cafes and waterfront -Beth was a excellent host when we arrived had a amazing food basket given to us to enjoy -gave us tips on what was around and were to go.Beth even supplied my nephews with surf boards for the beach plus a esky what fantastic service you don't find that much anywhere. The house was big enough for 6 of us- with a great outdoor BBQ area- kept in immaculate condition and so clean.The pantry and fridge was stocked from other guests what a great idea espically when you travel far to get their and not have to go to supermarket Well done Beth you should be so proud on your service and hospitality and giving our family a wonderful holiday.

Perfect Bristol location
Full disclosure: this was my second stay here -- and I hope to come back again! Rental is the entire lower floor of a two-story home built in 1840. The place is very spacious and comfortable, and the location (a half block off of Hope Street, with off-street parking) is ideal.

Wonderful
This home was perfect for my husband, myself, our son and his significant other. Beth, owner, was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and responsive when we needed something. House is well maintained and clean. She had all the necessities in the kitchen plus a basket of goodies. There are two bathrooms, but only one shower, so that can be challenging when you're all trying to get ready at the same time. We made it work, and we would not hesitate to stay there again!!
