• Remove all food from the refrigerator when you depart.
• Respect the neighbors and observe the quiet hours established by the community. 10am and after 10pm.
• Guests may not park in the driveway of the detached garage, however, they may park in the driveway of the green house next door, and in the alley behind this house, as well.
• Please leave the studio in the same condition as you found it upon your arrival.

Our Vista is well-known for its restaurants and night-life. The Riverbanks Zoo is also nearby, along with several parks and recreation areas such as the Riverwalk. The Village at Sandhills offers restaurants, shopping and Regal Cinemas including an IMAX screen.
