Neighboring the kitchen is a windowside dining area with a square table for eight, built-in cabinets and a buffet. Tucked in a charming breezeway is a wicker seating area and game table with laundry room access.  On this first level is a softly hued master bedroom with a queen-sized bed, lovely hardwood floors, a flat screen TV, CD player and ceiling fan. This first floor master includes a private bath with a wide vanity, bidet and glass door shower. A half bath is located off the entryway.  Three wonderfully appointed bedrooms are found on the home’s second floor, all with hardwood flooring. Considered a master bedroom as well, one cheerfully furnished bedroom showcases a queen-sized bed, large flat screen TV and chaise. This room’s private bath offers a spacious double vanity, tile flooring and glass door shower. In robin’s egg blue, another upstairs bedroom holds two queen beds as well as a daybed. The neighboring fourth bedroom provides two twin beds covered in red matelasse. These adjacent bedrooms share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a wide vanity. In this delightful location, the South Beach Marina and the Beach Club are both a bike ride away as are the newly built Plantation Club serving the Heron and Ocean Golf Courses.  Fireplaces are decorative and not for guest use.
