Unique architectural touches define a space that offers every comfort and amenity along with plenty of hideaways for relaxing in privacy. That’s not to say there aren’t plenty of places to share as a family. The open first-floor living space incorporates a conversation area with two armchairs and two sofas (one of which pulls out as a sleeper) arranged around a large flat-screen TV as well as an informal dining area with glass-topped table and seating for four before a decorative brick fireplace. Sliders from this area take you to a wonderfully spacious outdoor living space rich with lush greenery and plentiful outdoor dining and seating in the shade of old-growth trees. The crown jewel of the outdoor gardens is the expansive pool, whose crystal blue waters shimmer against a spacious pool deck perfect for lounging the day away. Here amongst lush sago palms and privacy fencing, a bank of chaise lounges and chairs complete a private resort getaway all your own. Heading back inside we find a wide oak table offering seating for up to six in a formal dining space. Further bar seating for three can be found at the speckled granite countertop that marks the entrance to the kitchen. Here the granite countertops continue under an eye-catching tile backsplash in a space with every amenity for creating that perfect meal. A washer and dryer just off the kitchen complete the homey feeling of this space, while a cozy den stretches away from the dining space, pairing two plush sofas in smoky gray before a flat-screen TV and wide windows gazing out on the gardens. The comfort continues in the property’s roomy bedrooms, each with private bath and endless creature comforts. A first-floor master, accessed through French doors from the main atrium, places a king size bed in front of wide picture windows and surrounds it with flat-screen TV, ceiling fan and comforting neutral tones which contrast nicely with rich dark furnishings. Closets slide open to reveal intriguing built-ins, and an en suite with a wide speckled granite vanity and glass door walk-in shower. The second downstairs bedroom enjoys beautiful views of, and private entrance to, the rear gardens, as well as a king-size bed rich in comfort and space. An armoire conceals a flat-screen TV while the en suite indulges with dual basin vanity set in marbled granite as well as a roomy corner shower with custom tiles. A set of hardwood stairs in the main atrium give way to two more bedrooms. The first finds a double and a twin sized bed sharing the comforts of a room set in rich hardwood flooring and boasting large picture windows and private flat-screen TV. An en suite echoes the pallet and comfort of the first-floor bedroom’s en suite, but adds a dazzling skylight for ample natural light. In the second upstairs bedroom, a roomy king size bed welcomes you to a space marked by a mirrored built-in vanity and an en suite bathed in natural light from a sunlight, boasting speckled granite vanity and massive corner shower. This property is a treasure trove of architectural inspiration and elegant homey touches, and it’s just steps away from the beach or a short bike ride from the shops, dining and entertainment of South Beach Marina. ireplaces are decorative & not for guest use.
