This room has a queen size bed and a private bath with a sit down shower. Beyond the foyer is the large living room and gourmet kitchen. The laundry room is conveniently located next to the kitchen. A beautiful dining room is adjacent to the kitchen surrounded by windows and amazing views of the Atlantic. Next to this is a bedroom(facing Palmetto)with a queen size bed and a private bath(shower only). Across the hall is the sleeping den (sleeper sofa)TV, and other seating. The den opens onto a 2nd floor covered porch overlooking the beach. There is a connecting bath(with shower) that is shared by the bedroom to the right of the den. This room has a queen size bed, queen sofa sleeper, and water views. On the opposite side of the den is another bedroom with a king size bed and single chair sleeper also with water views. All bedrooms in this home have a TV. Ground level of the house provides plenty of parking, an outside sink, picnic table, grill, and 2 nice enclosed outside showers. Beautiful Beach View

Very nice up to date house with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Unfortunatley the icemaker (not attached to the fridge) did not work and Edistor Realty never came out to fix it. The mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms sink and cause you to roll to the middle and need to be replaced. Other than that we loved that it had speakers on the back deck and throughout the house downstairs. Also great that it has a covered deck outside and a non covered deck. Takes 30 seconds or less to be down on the beach.

This such a great house and the homeowners use the house all time. I will be sure to let them know about the mattresses and the ice maker. Without the RO water line run to the ice maker, you would not enjoy using the ice cubes - a little salty. Please let us know if there is anything we can do for you when planning your next visit to Edisto Beach.

We love this house! Have stayed here for at least the past three years.

This is a very upscale beach house. It has an elevator, separate ice maker, reverse osmosis water tank (fresh water in the house), screened porch and 2 open porches, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 5 bedrooms, 5 and one half bathrooms, sleeps at least 12, granite counter tops, tile bathrooms; just a really nice house. Since the last review was written this house has changed ownership. So there are new mattresses and all appliances work or will be fixed ASAP. Outside there are two separate enclosed showers a picnic table, grill and outdoor sink area. When we go we always rent sheets and towels from Edisto Essentials to make our life simpler. Summer rental cost is around $6,150 per week and since it is right on the beach, sleeps at least 12 people and is so nice, it is completely worth it. We love staying at this house!
