4BR / 2 BA - (2Q, 2D, S, SS) - Sleeps 11- 2nd Row classic Edisto beach cottage located on Palmetto Blvd with great water views across Palmetto Blvd. The house has the charm of tongue n' groove pine walls, floors, ceilings - a real beach cottage. When you get to the house you will notice the large ocean view sundeck to enjoy during your stay. As you enter you are greeted with a "t" shaped great room - foyer and dining areas are on the front of the house surrounded by windows. In the center of the room is the sitting are with TV and on the rear of the house is the kitchen (no dishwasher). "Peach Pit" is only 3 houses from the beach access. You can also walk to stores and restaurants from this convenient property. You will find 2 bedrooms on either side of the living area. The front bedroom on the right has one double and one single bed(no TV). The bedroom behind this one on the right has a queen size bed and a TV. There is another bath at the back of the house with a shower only. Come enjoy the ocean breeze while sitting in the swing under this beach view home! Please remember: No Smoking, No Pets and No Bed or Bath Linens. Optional Departure Cleaning and Optional Travel Ins. is also available. This home rents for weeks only June, July, August. No Phone, No Internet Additional amenities include: fishing, golf nearby, laundry, outside shower, suitable for children, watersports
