Down the hall, the second bedroom is furnished with a queen bed attached to a full bathroom. The third bedroom has 4 twin beds (2 bunk beds) with access to the third full bathroom, also accessible from the hallway. This oceanfront getaway is perfect for putting your feet up and enjoying the ocean breeze! Folly Beach, or as locals refer to it, The Edge of America, is a laid-back, golf-cart-friendly community with many great restaurants, a booming nightlife, plenty of shopping, water activities, and water tours. For more historic exploring, the famous Downtown Charleston is only a 25 - minute car ride, which offers endless fine dining, shopping, historical sites, and more. There is something for everyone here. We promise you will Folly in love with this beautiful island! The Space Bedroom 1: King (Oceanfront), Private Bath (Tub, Walk-In Shower), Smart TV, Cable, Ceiling Fan Bedroom 2: Queen, Private Bath (Tub/Shower), Smart TV, Cable Bedroom 3: 4 Twins (2 Sets of Bunk Beds), Full Bath, also accessible to Hall (Tub/Shower Combo), Smart TV Living: (Oceanfront) Queen Sofa Bed, 50" Smart TV + Cable, Ceiling Fan Announcements: If you are booking this property for a reservation stay between September 2024 and May 2025, the HOA will be replacing the windows on the beach side of the building, one stack at a time. They will be starting at the west end (near the column of units 123, 223, 323 and 423) and working their way towards the East end (to the column of units 101, 201, 301 and 401). At this time, the HOA has not disclosed any further information on this project. Notes You must be at least 25 Years old to rent this home. Contactless Check-In: This home offers a keyless entry system, and we will provide the code before your arrival date. Free parking is available with parking passes for 2 vehicles. Per HOA guidelines RVs, golf cart's and any other recreational vehicles are not allowed to be parked on the property. The community pool is open April-October (exact dates can vary depending on weather). Grills are not allowed, and no community grill is on site. 2 elevators are available in the building. While we manage this property, we do not manage the maintenance of this building which includes the elevator. The presence of an elevator does not indicate that the home is ADA compliant. We do not provide beach equipment, but anything available at the property is yours to use. Check-in time: 4 pm. Check-out time: 10 am. The Folly Beach noise ordinance is from 10 pm to 8 am. No pets allowed. Emotional support animals, comfort animals, and therapy dogs are not service animals under Title II and Title III of the ADA and are not allowed in properties unless specifically designated in writing as “pets considered” and approved by our office. No smoking is allowed in or outside of the condo. House parties, weddings, functions, events, bands, DJs, etc., are prohibited. The occupancy can be at most 8 people at any time during your stay. We require 50% payment at the time of booking. The remaining 50% of your balance will be due 30 days before the check-in date, and we will run the card on file. Bookings within 30 days of your arrival date require full payment at the time of booking. 12 miles to Downtown Charleston. 22 miles to Charleston Airport. LOCATION! LOCATION! Spectacular (3 BED ~ 3 BATH) Ocean/Beach Front Luxury Condo at the Charleston Ocean Front Villas (201 West Arctic) on the (2nd FLOOR) #213 (JUST 1 BLOCK FROM CENTER STREET)! Where you will find all that FB has to offer. This is a one level, air-conditioned condo. It has (DIRECT PRIVATE BEACH ACCESS) with fantastic oceanfront views from entire Living Area, Master Suite and Covered Balcony. (SLEEPS 10). Tile throughout. Very well equipped Kitchen ~ Even has a 20 Jar Spice Rack, and 2 coffee makers (1 a Keurig). Every bedroom has a TV. Master bath has (JACUZZI) tub, & a Separate Shower that has 2 seats with optional hand held shower head. Large Dining Table with 8 chairs, plus 4 stools at counter for extra seating. All mattresses and pillows are new (2018). Condo directly faces Beach/Ocean, allowing for unobstructed views of Folly Beach Fishing Pier to the north and Kiawah Island to the south from the 27 foot (PRIVATE COVERED BALCONY). It's an easy sidewalk walk (1 block) to Folly Beach's commercial district, fishing pier, restaurants and shops, & is only 9 miles from Historic Downtown Charleston.
