13 Flaming is a beautiful fourth-row home with everything you need for a family vacation!
This home has 4400 square feet, 6 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, 2 living room, a poolside game room, and an elevator. There is more than enough room for one family, two, or even three! The outdoor space has many amenities to assure everyone a fun vacation! Enjoy a pool table, foosball table, grill, bar, TV, private pool (14' x 24'), and hot tub. The main floor is a large, open design with high ceilings. It features an open kitchen, living room, fireplace, dining room, secondary grill deck, and breakfast area. There is also a powder room, laundry room, primary king bedroom and queen bedroom on the main floor. Each on which have a private bathroom.
The second floor has another living room with pull-out sofa...

Fabulous home in a lovely location!
In spite of the recent Hurricane Matthew--we spent a wonderful time in this lovely home set close to the beach. It had everything that we needed to handle our large extended family. We got together to celebrate my Dad's 84th birthday. He requires a wheelchair to get him up stairs and long distances. This home has a nice elevator which allowed him access to each level of the home. The only drawback was that the jacuzzi wasn't heating.

The Best!
This house has it all. Everyone has their own space when they need it. There is something for all ages. You can sit on the porch, around the pool, watch tv outside, play pool. Very close to the beach. The beach is wonderful. 13 Flamingo was everything we hoped for, but so much more.!

Great house for multiple families!
We just finished a week long stay at 13 Flamingo and we wish we never had to leave. This house is setup perfectly for our 2 families of 5 with ample space for all. We all had our private space yet the large open areas worked wonderfully for our game nights! We cooked in most nights and found the kitchen very accommodating. When the weather warmed, we loved being down at the tiki bar, grilling out. The pool and spa were enjoyed by all every day. The short walk to the beach was ideal and close proximity to Coligny Plaza was a blessing. One minor issue with a dryer was fixed as prompt as possible by the Beachside Getaway staff. Making our vacation arrangements was a breeze thanks to the terrific service provided Beachside Getaway.

I'll be back!
We went with three families all related and 4 significant others. This home is a blast. There is something for everyone! Lots of quiet corners and porches for the readers outside bar and games for the young and young at heart. Bet part of outside bar and games is they are under over in case of rain. We closed the big weather doors at night to contain our noise and not bother neighbors. Beach is just a 2 minute with just one very quiet side street to cross...very safe walk. Colingy Circle a short ways away is walkable. Home is very well appointed and cared for. We will be going back!

Great family week!
We enjoyed staying in Hilton Head Island for a week at Thanksgiving. There were 11 people, six adults and five children. We visited the beach every day, often twice a day. We went bike riding and walking as well. We played golf and a few of us went shopping. All in all it was a great week.

Wonderful Wedding Getaway
Our stay on Flamingo was wonderful. The house was clean and well maintained. The property and pool were also clean and cared for. A couple of small things we reported to Beachside were seen to promptly and everyone we dealt with was courteous and kind. Proximity to Coligny and beach can not be beat! All of our guests said they would return to this home for any vacation.

Amazing home to share with your children and grandchildren!
We had a wonderful experience and the house is not far from the beach on a very quiet street. The pool is shaded most of the day which worked well for the grandchildren. The kitchen is spacious and very well equipped for we cooked all our meals at the house.

Family Fun in the Sun!
Our week in Hilton Head at 13 Flamingo was perfect in every way - the gorgeous home, backyard pool, beach location, shopping & the weather! Although we are life long atlantic Coast beach vacationers ( from NJ - NC from the early 1950's to present), this was our first HHI vacation & absolutely everything was beyond our expectations! Our family ages 10 months to 63 years gathered from 5 states and had a blast! The tone of the trip was set from the start thanks to the warmth & efficiency of the Beachside Getaway family. We will be back!

Wonderful vacation home
Great house! It works so well for our entire family blending grandparents, parents and kids ranging from 4 to 15. The pool is great and the outside play area (pool table, foosball and ping pong) are a big hit with kids and adults alike. The layout of the bedrooms and living area work great for large groups. The short walk to the beach is another bonus.

The best trip yet!!
This is our second stay at 13 Flamingo. This particular house perfect for large groups. There is plenty of space for everyone!! The rental company is second to none. They are very accessible and eager to make your stay comfortable. When we arrived, we were met at the house by someone from the rental company who gave us a complete tour of the home. That was a very nice touch. This house was steps away from the beach and a short walk to shops and dining. We are planing our trip for 2013 and it will be booked with Beachside Getaways!! I even pinned this particular property on Pintrest as best beach house on HHI!!
