We stayed at Ocean's 1 Unit 120 8/3 ~ 8/10. The management staff went above and beyond. They are very professional and very reliable. However ~ we were promised early check-in but waited in the scorching sun on the beach until 3:45 on Saturday to get into our unit. (lots of our food thawed or was lost) Had we known we never would have driven in on Friday, expecting to be in our unit early. That cost us a night's hotel bill. Unit 120 is all original. After seeing the units that had been updated for the same price we will know better next time. Do NOT rent a first floor unit with an ocean view - you can't see the ocean from the first floor so no point paying for one! Fifty percent of the electric outlets in our condo didn't work...we wondered why our cellphones weren't charging :( The carpet was grimmy and dirty, the washer and dryer are so antiquated we couldn't run them when we were in the condo (they were SO loud). We barely had enough silverware to eat dinner, the toaster didn't work, there were no other usable appliances, and the TV was a 20"? Additionally the is NO grilling at Ocean's 1, the pool closes at ABSOLUTELY 11 p.m. You cannot sit at the pool and eat pizza or any other food and you MUST evacuate the ENTIRE pool deck when the pool closes. And playing in or walking on the grass. We had a fabulous vacation in Hilton Head and I would go back...but not to unit #120. And don't eat at the SEA Lady..eat at the Boathouse instead :) Thank you Seashore Mgmt...you guys were a tremendous help.

condo #120 at Ocean One
I love HH and was very glad to be ocean front. Ocean One is a nice place, my complaints on the overall property are pool hours...opening the pool at 10 is way too late and the pool people would vaccum the pool, THEN blow off the deck, so everything on the deck went right back into the pool...NOT a bright idea!! The actual condo, #120, was EXTREMELY OUT OF DATE!!! I am not asking for top of the line, I am just asking for something from this era. The furniture, beds, decorations, carpet, appliances, tv's, EVERYTHING, was so outdated!! My children's beds were so uncomfortable! and I mean they were in terrible condition! The master bed had a pad on it that came only 3/4 the way up. The bedspread was some hotel quality slick, yucky thing. I think we paid WAY to much for a condo like this. I liked the location, but the nasty pool and outdated condo left me with a bad taste, so we won't be back.

Thrilled with Ocean One
Ocean One is very convenient to the beach, bike trails, restaraunts and shopping! The property is well maintained and safe! The pool area is fun for all ages.

16 years at Ocean One
We love coming to Ocean One, but the last two years the mattress in the master bedroom have been awful. Plus when the ownership switched it just seems like the unit isn't kept up as well.We really miss all of the extra seating in the unit too. Next year I believe we may have to switch units...and we have been in this one for several years.

Great time at Forest Beach

120 Ocean one
rented it for family and they thoroughly enjoyed the proximty toColigny. Even though not beach front view - was great - and didn't get all the beach noise!

Family vacation at ocean one
Upgrades to the condo would make it go a long way, especially, especially, the carpet. We think the owners should consider tiling the carpeted areas for cleanliness and longevity.

Great place to stay!
We had a wonderful time staying in this condominium. It is within walking distance to Coligny Plaza and plenty of the shops and restaurants. It is a beautiful and spacious place to stay that I would definitely reccomend!
