On your way to the beach, stop and enjoy the oceanfront views at Loggerhead Landing Bar next to Adler Lane Beach Access. If biking isn't for you, Hilton Head's South End offers free golf cart rides and the Breeze Trolley to get around.
This updated villa has all the comforts of home! This 2 story villa is located on the second floor.
Our spacious villa sleeps up to 6 guests. The primary suite has a Queen-sized bed, while the second bedroom has 2 twin-sized beds. There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Both bedrooms have ample storage & tv's. There are 3 baths- 2 full baths located downstairs by the bedrooms and a half bath on the upstairs main living floor for your convenience! The living room features a private balcony that overlooks a lagoon with fountain. Very peaceful for morning coffee or evening libation.
The kitchen is completely ready for your cooking and entertaining needs. Private covered balcony overlooks a lagoon with beautiful landscape and oak trees.
This villa is nestled within the Treetops community, a property that boasts 3 outdoor swimming pools, a sundeck, and ample lounge chairs for relaxing, reading or just catching some island sunshine! There are also umbrella-topped tables for gathering and perhaps a picnic lunch or snack poolside! The community also has a tennis court for owners & guests to use.
Both Low Country Celebrations Park and the shops and restaurants of Coligny Plaza are just under a mile away.
If you are an early riser you will not want to miss our beautiful sunrises on the beach - grab a coffee and make the quick walk to the beach....you won't be disappointed! You're going to love our place and we can't wait to share it with you!
The pool is open daily from 8AM to dusk from April 1st through mid October. The sun deck is open year-round.

No Smoking. No Pets. Please enjoy yourself and treat our home like you would treat your own. Do not take furniture out of the villa or move it from one room or floor to another. No trailers, kayaks, or canoes are allowed on the property. Bikes must be secured in the bike racks provided. Parking passs required.
