The first floor also has two bedrooms with lovely ocean views. The first bedroom has a cozy sitting area which opens onto the deck. It is furnished with a queen bed, and has a private bath. This bedroom has been renovated to be handicap accessible and is located near the elevator which connects the garage to the first floor. The second bedroom which also opens to the deck, features two double beds and has access to a hall bath with stall shower. Upstairs on the second floor are the additional 2 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a sitting area and is furnished with a king bed, and its own flat-screen TV. It includes a full private bath. The second upstairs bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and has an alcove where a twin bed is tucked. There is also a full private bath. Both upstairs bedrooms open to the second floor deck, allowing for breathtaking beach vistas and the opportunity to soak up the sun. Be lulled to sleep by the sound of waves outside the bedroom window! This home includes free parking, screened porch or deck, initial supply of linens and towels, washer and dryer, color cable TV, air conditioning, starter supply of paper products and detergents, local telephone service, and 24-hour security in a gated community.
