All essential amenities are included for your comfort and a relaxing stay. You can choose to stay at the resort or head out to discover the most amazing attractions Myrtle Beach is known for. Features and amenities • Private balcony with waterfront views • Fully-furnished kitchen with major appliances and cookware • Thoroughly cleaned and sanitized apartment after every check-out • Free Wi-Fi, TV and other in-unit entertainment options • Family-friendly resort • A tranquil oceanfront pool • 150 ft. long Lazy River • Outdoor hot tub spa • Kiddie pool • Indoor pool with hot tub Parking • Parking lots are located on Withers Street (parallel to Ocean Blvd.) and one street over/cross from the resort, you will see a specific Atlantica parking lot sign (Max 2 spaces). Things to know • Please note: Coastline Pest Control performs preventative treatments in every unit on the 3rd Tuesday of each month. This is mandatory to insure you have a wonderful stay and to make sure you do not take home any unwanted guests. Thank you for your patience and understanding! • Upgraded internet | Perfect for work from the beach! 200mbs/20mbs - Per unit • In case guests fail to leave bracelets in the unit, they will be charged an extra $25/per item for replacement. • The indoor pool is located at the main tower House rules • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. • Grilling is prohibited. Penalty: Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. • Bicycles, motorcycles, mopeds, and trailers are not allowed. • State Identification Card or Driver License copy will be requested upon booking. • NO SMOKING in unit/house as well as the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. • NO PETS ALLOWED. Any violation of this policy will incur a $200.00 fine. • Please note: We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, as well as stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities or parking lots. • Gatherings of more than 6 people including both overnight guests and visitors are not allowed and may be subject to eviction. • House parties and illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. • You must be at least 21 years old to book this property. • Leaving the unit later than the check-out time will incur a late check-out penalty starting from $500. • For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. 10 out of 10 I would stay here again.

This property was exactly as advertised. The beds were comfortable. The ac works perfectly for the hot July days. We were right on the beach. Great pools for the kids indoor and out. Beach was easy to get to from the property. Parking across the street was no issue as you were still able to pull right up to the doors and unload luggage etc.. onto a cart to take to hoir floor etc.. via the elevator. The unit was very well cared for. It has updated floors, walls and kitchen. There was an abundance of hangers to hang clothing with is very rare. The kitchen is fully stocked with any appliances, cookware, dishes, and utensils needed. 10 out of 10 I would stay here again.
