This Beautiful house is completely renovated with all new furnishings, appliances , plus adding a private pool and hot tub.
This ocean Front Home w is just steps from the beach and within walking distance to downtown Myrtle Beach where there are a variety of restaurants, shopping and sights to see. The spacious screened porch and deck allow you to watch the waves and enjoy the view.
Features 4br. on main floor. 2 Br. on lower level (access from outside), 6 full baths plus steam room in one of the bathrooms. Full kitchen with all modern appliances, wonderful beach home with amazing outdoor living space. 3 kings and 2 queens on the main floor. 2 queens and 1 king in the basement. Wifi , cable, an large flat screen TV's in every room.

Like visiting family.
Just returned and haven’t even unpacked. But had to take the time to send this review.
This beach house is simply amazing. The craftsmanship and spacious rooms and down home feel was like visiting family. Bedrooms are huge and the private baths gave personal space to our family. The kitchen area was so spacious and well stocked with all things needed. 2 fridges available was a great asset too. Panty closet and huge laundry area made travel easier with small children. Pool and hot tub was just right for our family to enjoy after beach days. 2 different beach access areas allowed our elderly to walk down to the beach easily. The screened in porch was so nice, we loved being able sit outside and still have beach and pool views. The young adults loved having this space to play games, watch movies and nap. Not having inside access from bedrooms on lower level wasn’t a big issue and gave the lower a level a sense of separation from upper levels. Good for the young adult family members.
The house is conveniently located to all things Myrtle Beach has to offer. But still felt very private. Owner was very attentive to detail and response was within minutes with the one issue that we experienced.

Wonderful beach house
This home meets all our groups needs. It has a bedroom for nearly everyone (6) and many bathrooms. The 2 downstairs bathrooms are great kind of mother in law suites. Pool and hot tub are great, but the kicker is the ocean view and covered patio.

Beautiful and Amazing home
The house was beautiful and huge! Beautifully decorated and flat very much like home! Home has a perfect location! Definitely planning to go back!

Beyond our Expectations!
So for the last 20 years my wife and I have been coming to Myrtle Beach along with our three children… We stayed in hotels and condos along the beach anywhere from the Wyndom‘s to Prince Resort at the Cherry Grove Pier. Our family doubled in size from 5 to 10… so we needed a bigger place to stay. Being very thrifty and conservative ,we shopped endlessly online for a reasonable priced oceanfront house with a hot tub and a pool. There are very few with both a hot tub and a pool . It’s generally one or the other. Then we came across this house… We reached out to Sheryl … Who responded quickly . The paperwork was easy , the communication back-and-forth simple and our trip was booked. All the way down we were wondering if it was going to be as good as it looked in the pictures… And then we rolled up on the place… And couldn’t believe our eyes . Not only did the House meet our expectations and all we had hoped for… It went above and beyond… We were ecstatic!… The house itself sits directly on the beach ..Completely ocean front with a personal walkway right to the sand… It is not crowded so you have a lot of space on the beach in front of the house… A giant sized luxury master bedroom with a personal Jacuzzi three other bedrooms on the main floor two nice bedrooms down below a giant sun deck screened in to overlook the ocean… The perfect place to read or play games as a family in case of rain… Giant gourmet Kitchen , three large screen TVs with surroundsound in living room two large refrigerators two icemakers a wet bar indoors , another cooler for wine … And plenty of reclining chairs and an umbrella to sit around the pool… Not to mention too many extra things to even begin to list… We had the best time we’ve ever had anywhere … And on the last day of our vacation we rebooked for next year. So no matter how small or big your family is… If you want to go to a place where the owners are honest and keep their word and the place is spic and span… Then I would recommend this place no questions asked! Thanks again Sheryl!

Great location
This house itself is large, as is the screened-in porch that easily accommodated our family of 13. The pool, along with the pool basketball hoop, kept many of us entertained for hours. The house is steps away from the ocean and the proximity of the house to, 'the strip', outlet stores, Broadway at the Beach and Barefoot landing is extremely convenient. There were a few minor issues that we felt should have been discovered by the caretakers of the house before we arrived and should be considered by the owner: While the house is furnished beautifully, it could have been a bit cleaner. One of the beds had stains on the comforter and another bed had a dark brown stain on the mattress cover that was discovered while stripping the bed at the end of our stay. Also, one of the sinks was clogged when we arrived making for an unpleasant welcome. We plunged it and it worked fine after clearing a huge hair ball but felt that the housekeeper should've noticed the clog (and stains) while cleaning. In addition, we found the WiFi to be spotty or non-existent outside of the main house making it a bit frustrating for guests staying in the two downstairs bedrooms or for anyone sitting on the porch. Although we weren't in need of a WiFi connection on a consistent basis, the pool and hot tub are managed by an app and WiFi is beneficial when searching for restaurants or attractions. Adding WiFi extenders or boosters would easily resolve this issue. Lastly, we did have two guests get stung by some very aggressive, persistent hornets that built and their nest under the porch deck. The owner quickly responded to this by sending the exterminator out the next morning which was greatly appreciated. The few items listed are easily rectified and are only included in this review to relay our experience and not to sway guests from overlooking a stay at this property. Overall, the owner was responsive and great to work and we would happily enjoy another stay at this beautiful home.

Wonderful Family Retreat
Beautiful home that is perfect for all ages; WiFi for teens, multiple flat screens throughout ( for kids to watch Disney and adults to watch football), and a well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful pool and beach views with a ramp a close by for an accessible route to the beach. This place should be on your bucket list!

Spacious home with lovely outdoor area and beach access.
This house was spacious and well located, no more than 15 mins from all attractions. The kitchen was up to date The pool and outdoor areas were well designed. The furnishings and linens were slightly shabby and could use updating. We are an extended family with small children and would have appreciated more security but we were not allowed to use the alarm. Likewise the gates on the property had no locks.

Another Fabulous North Myrtle Beach Week!
This is the second summer in a row that we rented with the same owners (different property location). The process from booking to writing this review was simply flawless. Sheryl is a fabulous, personable, efficient host that I will absolutely rent from again in the near future.
This property is an older, but very well maintained, fully appointed location very near everything one could need or want! The house was immaculate and very comfortable for our family of 12. Everyone raved about how comfortable their bed was and how clean their rooms were. The house is set up well for entertaining larger groups, as there was always ample seating and "mulling around" space no matter where we were hanging. We enjoyed the many TVs at night while watching our old family home movie DVDs. The pool area is so fantastic that although we were only steps to the ocean, we spent the bulk of our time in it! The lower portion of the house has music, bathrooms, refrigerators and a wet-sink bar area with ice machine which was very convenient. The multiple refrigerators in the house made it easy to store everything necessary from our grocery trip to the nearby Costco, which really added to our relaxation.
We only encountered one or two small issues which were quickly addressed and remedied by the host, Sheryl.
Our entire family simply raves about our weeks while staying in the properties rented from her. I truly cannot say enough about her hospitality or the beautiful homes that she manages/owns.

Perfect Location and set up
We were a party of 11 guys for Bachelor Party. The house is in a great location right on the beach. The house had 6 bedrooms all with bathrooms and TVs. The pool was clean and Jacuzzi perfect for the cooler evenings. The kitchen was a big size and 3 fridges throughout. There is plenty of seating for all and the outside screened deck was perfect for the evenings. Management was very responsive to questions and comments through out. HIGHLY recommend for the weekend.
