This is a motel suite all of the 1st floor 1000 sq. ft. with outside entrance. There is 3 private bedrooms and 3 hide-a-beds. I list 14 persons occupancy for 6 beds. I recommend that only if at least 6 persons are under age 9. Include amenities are: Charcoal grill with charcoal provide. Campfire area with wood provided. Access to Mickelson Trail with bicycles provide. Access to Spring Creek for catch and release fishing and gold panning, there is a charge for panning lessons. And much more.
