Both have beautiful scenery and Brittas Bay offers the opportunity for sailing and sunbathing. A short drive away is Wicklow Gaol, one of the most haunted places in Ireland and Powerscourt House and Gardens. Only thirty miles from Ashford is the capital city of The Republic of Ireland - Dublin. The city has many attractions and amenities and makes an ideal day out.
