Books, board games, linens provided. Sea views from garden.Private patio.Wifi.Sky TV. Secure parking for 1 car. Other cars must be parked for a fee of £10 per weekend/£20 week on the beachfront (1 minute walk away).

Brilliant house, very well equipped. We genuinely enjoyed our stay. Nice walks nearby. This place is fantastic if you travel with kids!

Spent 5 wonderful nights at this lovely modern house. The house was very clean and was well stocked with kitchen utensils, books, games etc. All instructions were sent well in advance of our stay. Would highly recommended it for a lovely relaxing get away. The...More

About the neighbourhood
The house is about 100m down the lane to the beautiful, safe, sandy beach at Challaborough where we boast views of Burgh Island.
The beach hosts a small cafe and well stocked beach equipment shop, a seafront bar and restaurant and a Nisa grocery store.
These facilities are all seasonal, however, and will close at the end of October.
Challaborough is an award winning Blue Flag beach, popular with both swimmers and surfers. Life guards are on duty May to September.
We are a 5-10 minute walk over the SW coastal path to Bigbury and about 20 minute walk in a westerly direction towards Aymer.
