Lopes is a spacious quayside house overlooking the fishing harbour, marina, fish market, and with commanding views across Torbay and Lyme Bay. Lopes was once a pub; in 1860 it was known as 'The Lopes Arms'. Since then it has gone through several transformations, but is still at the heart of the fishing town, always bustling with activity during the Easter and Summer months, and is only minutes walk from the many bars, restaurants, shops and the coastal path.
Unusually for a quayside property Lopes has private off-road parking for two cars only a few minutes walk away.

Have just returned from a Christmas break at Lopes and we cannot rate it highly enough. Tasteful, spotless, warm and all needs catered for. We will certainly book Lopes again. Is perfectly located by the Harbour.

What a totally wonderful property. Immaculately clean, modern, fresh, plenty of space. Amazing views. Lovely and warm too. Constant hot water. Dog friendly (but in no way smells of dogs). Big family bathroom, with a wonderful tub to soak away the day, one room en-suite and also another separate toilet. Utility room complete with bowls and towels for the dog....

What a lovely house, clean, bright and very comfortable. The photos really dont do it justice. We didnt get disturbed by the fish market at all. I would highly recommend this house to anyone.
