A 2 bedroomed holiday flat located in a quiet residential cul-de-sac in Dawlish, which is attached to the owners property but has its own front door. The accommodation comprises of lounge with a private patio and sea views overlooking Lyme Bay. A fully fitted kitchen/diner seats 4 comfortably. The property has a double and twin bedroom and bathroom with bath and electric shower, and sleeps 4 adults. A travel cot and high chair are available on request. The property is heated by an electric fire in the living room and electric heaters in the hallway and bedrooms. Hot water is heated by an electric immersion heater. The accommodation is all electric and a £1 & £2 coin electric meter is located in the hall way. The flat which is at the top of the valley overlooking Dawlish is a short downhill walk to the seaside and town and is within 10 minutes walking distance to the beach. Long and short term lets are available out of season. Dawlish is situated on the coast between Exeter and Torquay and is serviced by good rail and bus connections. The city of Exeter is 10 miles away, the long golden sandy beach of Dawlish Warren is 2 miles and the bustling resort of Torquay is 12 miles, it is also only 15 miles from Dartmoor National Park.More

Lovely people and a lovely place . The family and i had a great stay at this flat .All very clean and tidy. Nice and close to the town etc. Beautiful views from the garden and nice and peaceful . We will be back soon..

The location was spot on for us with easy access to coastal walks along to Teignmouth and Shaldon (via the ferry) in the West and Starcross in the East, where you can get a different ferry to Exmouth. We were there for two weeks and...More
