Thank you for the review everyone, it was good to welcome back your lovely family !

very clean and tidy place peaceful and quiet could see the sea from the lounge and in the bedroom .could sit and watch the wildlife from the lounge only one thing the tv needs more channels but would still stay again.
The location is just perfect very quiet away from any traffic noise just the sounds of the birds and wild boar . Very clean on arrival and all basic requirements included as the booking conditions , we were met by Karen who showed us the...More
We live relatively close by, but needed somewhere to take my mother while we had a new kitchen fitted and a wall taken down. This proved to be a wonderful choice: great accessibility for mum who can't manage stairs; excellent facilities with two shower rooms;...More
Known for its mild temperature and long sunny days the english riviera is close at hand. Powderham Castle (only 4 miles distant) home to the Earl of Devon is open to the public featuring weekly events aimed at pleasing the children, during the summer season. Many National Trust Properties are within a 20 mile radius and well worth a visit. During the month of August Dawlish hosts many events on its lovely lawns next to the brook in the centre of town, one of which is the Carnival Week with lots to do every day, also in August a visit from the famous Red Arrows and historic plane Airshow is not to be missed.
