Fitted out with quality furnishings and sumptuous bedding you'll feel like you are in the home of a good friend. In winter snuggle on the sofa, in spring laze in bed with a cuppa, in the summer flake out on the sunny decking and in autumn watch the sun glint off the estuary. The Blue Water site provides lots of space between homes, panoramic views up the Exe estuary and attracts those looking for relaxation and quiet contemplation. A chance to spend quality time with loved ones rather than being shoulder to shoulder with the hoards. Dawlish Warren is a traditional seaside resort and an excellent base for walkers and cyclists, with fantastic coastal scenery on the doorstep and the lure of the moors but a few miles away. It is at the heart of a region burgeoning with proper pubs, micro breweries, a passion for local produce, outside events, historical sites and acres and acres of natural beauty. Soft sand by the bucketload once more stretches along Dawlish Warren beach. Come and encrust your toes, revel in the sound of sea gulls, bright coloured beach huts, melting ice cream cones and the tang of the sea. Have you packed your overnight bag yet? For those with younger children we can provide a cot if required. Please note that this acommodation is only advertised via Holiday Lettings (Trip Adviser) and our own website. If you see prices or information on one of the many comparison sites we cannot guarentee their information is up to date as we have no control over their content. Shop safely.More

About the neighbourhood
A short cycle along the coast is Starcross where you can take a ferry to Exmouth to watch the kite surfers at play or carry on up the path that hugs the River Exe towards Powderham Castle and the city of Exeter. Did you know they have re-built Dawlish Warren beach? Sand by the (very large) bucketload once more stretches for miles. Walk along the sea wall to infamous Dawlish - site of the seas mastery over steam train tracks. Feeling fit? Walk on to Teignmouth (home of Muse) for a Victorian promenade and take the tiny ferry to Shaldon a tiny nugget of quintessential quaintness with it's own mini zoo.
Getting around
The train station at Dawlish Warren gives you easy access to the South West. be it short jaunt up the line to Exeter or a longer trip down to Cornwall. The local train journeys are some of the most scenic in the country and are very popular with our guests.
