St Crispins has the best location bar none in Combe Martin, from the fabulous coastal views to the short walk to the shops (and pubs!). Not only that, the bungalow is considerably spacious and has everything you require for a comfortable stay. Our boys are teens but had a fantastic stay, wifi always a bonus although you had to sit...

You enter the property into a large open plan dining area and lounge with the kitchen to the right. There is a dinning room table and a lounge area with seats for 7. Large TV and Playstation 3, DVD player and docking station. Bright and airy room with large windows and patio doors to the balcony. The balcony is a perfect place to sit and watch the world go by or to eat your fish and chips as the sun goes down. The large kitchen area has a brand new oven, hob and extractor fan and dishwasher, plus everything you will need to prepare a family meal. Visitors generally access this part of North Devon from the M5 which should be exited at junction 27 heading towards Barnstaple on the A361 (North Devon Link Road). The A361 is a picturesque main road which you will follow for 40km through and over Exmoor. It can become busy during the peak holiday season but has a number of dual carriage way sectors so stay patient! About 3km after a speed camera take the 3rd exit at the next roundabout onto the A399 signposted Combe Martin. Continue along the A399 for approx 30km and then enter the village of Combe Martin. The high street is approx 4km long, continue until almost at the seafront and then turn right into Cross Street immediately after Sue's newsagents. After 200m turn sharp right into the car park.
