2nd floor luxurious apartment with stunning sea views that can sleep 6. The apartment has a south facing private balcony. Located on the beachfront with a good selection of bars and restaurants just a stones throw away! The apartment has all the required amenities if you felt like just relaxing indoors whilst admiring the panoramic views of the sea and estuary, which are truly breath taking! The kitchen and both bedrooms have views of the marina! Close by to public transport and a 10 minute walk in to town. We have iron and ironing board in the airing cupboard. One double and one twin room, comfortable sofa bed in the lounge. Lounge is equipped with a large comfortable corner sofa, great if you want to sit back and look out on the ocean views. Kitchen is large enough to easily cater for all guest and comes fully equipped with an oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, microwave, kettle etc.. Dining area seats up to 6 people, which extends if need be. The bathroom has a jacuzzi bath with a shower. Property is not wheel chair accessible and has a few stairs to climb to the top floor apartment, no lift available. Not at all challenging for someone who is able. We are available on the phone 24/7 if there are any problems at all.

Positive Views stunning Location excellent Bed comfortable Kitchen well-stocked and clean Negative No blackout blinds in bedroom Bath grouting needs replacing Loose electrical sockets Inoperable jacuzzi bath uninviting: should be replaced with a standard tub Would recommend if these issues were to be addressed.

Great view and location

This place is mostly about the view. The layout is good and makes the most of it. Two flights of stairs to get to it, but not difficult ones.

Lovely spacious apartment with amazing view. Loved the area and apartment. Recommend beach pub for all you can eat breakfast. Grove for drinks and food. Everyone really friendly. Most places fog friendly. Not far in to town centre and train station by foot. Parking looks...More

Amazing!

We stayed for 5 nights and had a lovely time. Waking up to the incredible view everyday was magical. Photos do not do this apartment justice. Will definitely book again later in the year. 2 adults 2 child stayed and the apartment is very spacious....More

Enjoying huge expanses of family-friendly sandy beaches, a bustling nightlife, excellent restaurants and picturesque waterways, Exmouth is a great base for an active Devon holiday. Exmouth’s two miles of golden sandy beaches are perfect for a family day out and there are also lots of different water sports available including kite surfing, kayaking, boating and windsurfing. Part of the World Heritage Jurassic Coast, it is possible to hunt for fossils along the beaches and there are many stunning coastal and country walks available from the town. The Exe Estuary Trail, following the nearby River Exe, offers walkers and cyclists a wonderful peaceful landscape with an abundance of wildlife, taking you through the pretty East Devon villages
Getting around
You do not really need a car if you want to stay within exmouth for your holiday as the property is situated right near everything you would like to do. We are located right next to the marina and the estuary and just a 1min walk to the gorgeous sandy beach. If you would like to venture out and maybe visit the town Exeter or visit the beautiful donkey sanctuary in Sidmouth they are only a short trip in the car or from the train station which is a 10min walk away.
