So why is this property so special. ? Estuary Court is ideal as a holiday destination. It is situated in Devon on the Jurassic Coastline which is a World Heritage site. The cliff top walks are spectacular. The house looks out over the Ex Estuary, a European Conservation site, and is minutes from 2 miles of golden sandy beach; ideal for swimming, water sports, and boat trips. It is 8 miles from the cathedral city Exeter with its excellent shopping centre, and 20 miles from the stunning Dartmoor National Park with wild ponies.
