I am delighted to be able to offer this wonderful end terrace 3 bedroom house, the last of the 4 properties at Sunnycliffe Court to become available for holiday letting. South facing, good outdoor space overlooking the bay, views from most rooms, Wi-Fi and modern new furnishings, Sunnycliffe House a real winner with our guests. On entering the house via the lobby area where coats and shoes can go, you are in the main open plan living/dining area with the stairs facing you. On the left as you go in is the well appointed kitchen with full size dishwasher, built in oven, hob, extractor, under worktop fridge and microwave. The utility room off the kitchen houses a fridge freezer, washing machine and WC. The new oak dining suite comprises a table and 6 chairs and the property also boasts flat screen TV, DVD, DAB Digital Radio and is Wi-Fi enabled. French doors open onto a south and sea facing terrace with wooden table (seats 8) and 2 sun loungers. Another set of west facing French doors open onto a spacious decked & glazed balcony (with bistro set), facing the countryside and sea. This balcony has the additional benefit of catching the early morning sun. Upstairs comprises 3 bedrooms (1 on-suite), and family bathroom with full sized bath / shower, WC and basin. The master bedroom has a king-size oak framed bed with retro grey curved head board, 2 drawer oak nightstands, oak double wardrobe and oak chest of drawers. Overlooking the front and seaside this room is sunny and bright with stunning far reaching sea views over Woolacombe Bay to Baggy and Hartland Point beyond. There is an en-suite with shower, WC and basin. The second bedroom has a double oak framed bed and matching suite of double oak wardrobe and 3 drawer bedside nightstands. The sea front views from this room are the same and as stunning as those from the master bedroom. The third bedroom has two 3 ft single beds, 3 drawer nightstand, 5 drawer chest of drawers and a small stand on west facing balcony with outstanding views over countryside and sea. There is an outside parking space for 1 car and an additional small car in the garage (the garage door measures 7' x 7' and is 16' long), or can alternatively be used to store boards and bikes. Additional parking is available nearby (** see below **). Ticking most boxes this new holiday home sleeps 6, has parking, Wi-Fi, sea views and is very close to Combesgate Beach and just 5 minutes to Barricane or 20 minute’s walk to main beach Woolacombe & village making this an ideal choice. A refundable damage deposit of £150 is required. ** Additional parking is available off site at Mortehoe Car Park about 15 minute walk away (EX34 7DT); but will need to be booked in advance at a cost of £12.10 for 4 days or £20.80 for 7 days. Four or seven day seasonal parking permits can also be purchased in advance via credit/debit card and then posted directly to you at home .
