The lounge area has an impressive vaulted ceiling with exposed oak beams and cosy wood burner. Here you can relax and enjoy watching your favourite programme on the TV or take time to enjoy a DVD. The lounge and dining area has French doors leading to the patio and private garden. The kitchen is well-equipped and is perfect to try out some new recipes or cook some old family favourites. The kitchen has an electric oven and hob,microwave,fridge/freezer,dishwasher and washer/dryer. Back in the hallway are two of the three bedrooms; the master king-size bedroom shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with bath,separate shower and WC with the single bedroom. There is also a useful separate WC off the hallway. Climbing the stairs from the lounge area is the secret loft room,an open-plan twin bedroom with seating area and shower room. This room has limited head room but is ideal for children and anyone not over 6ft tall. Venturing outside you will find yourself in your private garden a perfect place to enjoy some outside dining with patio,garden furniture,sun loungers and BBQ. You will be welcome to roam throughout the 10 acres of gardens,enjoy a game of croquet on the lawn and there is plenty of room for children and dogs to play. Ample off-road parking is available in front of the property. More
