This delightful thatched barn conversion cottage offers comfortable accommodation for four guests in lovely rural surroundings. This spacious lounge/kitchen/diner is a sunny light-filled room,thanks to the large floor-to-ceiling patio windows which run along one side of the room. The comfortable sofas and the dining table are both positioned to make the most of the attractive views across neighbouring fields,whilst a TV/DVD,and hi-fi provide relaxing entertainment in the evenings. The fully equipped kitchen area,off-set to one end of the room,offers breakfast-bar style seating,as well as an oven,hob,microwave,full size fridge/freezer,dishwasher,and washer/dryer,Wi-Fi included approx. 45mbs. There are two bedrooms,both of which have some reduced head-height,due to their location in the eaves of the property. The first of these is a relaxing double room,whilst the second is a restful twin room. The ground-floor bathroom has a shower-over-bath and WC. Outside,several external steps lead down from the patio doors,to the enclosed terrace,where there is garden furniture from which guests can enjoy the peaceful surroundings and the views across the neighbouring fields. There is a secure paddock which guests are able to use when exercising their dogs,whenever they are free of livestock. There is parking provided for two cars. More

There was nothing wanting in this roomy thatched cottage on the edge of a small market town. The accommodation was comfortable and spotless, the welcome was warm and not intrusive. It was pet-friendly with a field behind for the dogs to run around. A nice...More
