Sleeps up to 8 +2 comfortably in 4 bedrooms. 3 double rooms have 5ft zip-link beds which can be made up either as king-size double or single/twin, and 1 smaller room with 3ft bunk beds. A king-size sofa bed in the lounge can accommodate the 2 extra people.

Short breaks & weekly bookings are accepted throughout the year. You can book from any day of the week and flexible arrival and departure times can be arranged by request.

There is a key-safe at the property so you can check-in independently anytime after 4 pm. Although earlier check-in times can sometimes be arranged.
We live nearby so will be on hand if you have any problems or questions but we will not impose upon your holiday.
There are lots of leaflets about the area in the house and details of shops, restaurants, pubs etc will be sent to you with the directions and instructions.

The location is great, accommodation outstanding and transport connection for Weymouth first class. A meal at the local (Eight Kings) pub is worth a try.

The location was ideal for us as we could visit all the wildlife reserves,while our daughter could walk the dog on numerous walks from the accommodation.we had a minor problem which we reported &it was dealt with immediately and professionally. The local pub which was a short walk from the accommodation served excellent food at affordable prices.they are dog friendly...

A lovely place to stay. There were 7 of us and a dog. We had plenty of room and all amenities were well catered for. A bonus was secure parking for the three cars and enclosed garden for the dog. Would be happy to stay again and would thoroughly recommend.

Getting around
If you do not wish to use your car there is a wonderful bus service that goes past the front door and stops 2 mins up the road. This service takes you to other parts of the island and into Weymouth. It operates from 6 am until midnight and runs every 15 mins. There is also an open-topped tourist bus operational in the summer from Weymouth.
