Stables Holiday Cottage is a cosy single storey 'home from home' adjoining a period farmhouse set in a lovely rural village in Hardy's beautiful Dorset countryside.

Open all year, it is an excellent base for all types of outdoor pursuits & ideally placed for enjoying a family touring holiday. In an excellent walking and cycling area, guests are welcome to bring their cycles, with dogs by arrangement.

The picturesque Jurassic Coast, lovely beaches, ancient monuments (like Stonehenge), the New Forest & great shopping centres are all available for fantastic day trips.

The farm has acres of fields to walk around & enjoy our wonderful Flora & Fauna including Cowslips & Orchids. Adjoining green paths lead to a wonderful Butterfly Conservation area where you can explore freely & spot their beautiful butterf...

If you need anything whilst you are staying in the cottage the owners will be pleased to help, but otherwise they will leave you to enjoy your holiday.

We had a wonderful stay at the stables holiday cottage. Maryanne was so welcoming and thoughtful. Toys were available for the children to play with and a garden for private use. The cottage was beautiful and spotless and very well equipped. all the little touches helped to make it very special and we rally enjoyed our stay.

Lovely welcome from Maryanne who showed us around The Stables where there were fresh flowers on the table, eggs from her chickens, homemade rock buns and cookies, milk, tea, coffee and sugar and even spare towels for use on the dogs should we need to use them. Have to say this is the best equipped property we have ever stayed...

You will be looking out for ‘Hilltop Farm’ which is situated about half way along the road that links the villages of Hazelbury Bryan & Kings Stag (about 1 mile from either village - post code DT10 2AH for SatNav's which should bring you to within a few hundred yards of us).

Travelling from Hazelbury Bryan towards Kings Stag we are the 3rd house on the right going uphill from ‘Woodrow Feeds’, &, travelling from Kings Stag towards Hazelbury Bryan we are the 2nd house on the left after passing ‘Walbridge Motors’.
