During high season summer months we operate on a Saturday to Saturday basis. Out with this, our minimum stay is three nights but we are flexible in terms of arrival and departure dates. Entry is usually at 3pm and departure by 10am.
Harbour House accommodates a maximum of 8 adults. It is non smoking. Signs of smoking will incur an additional cleaning fee of £100.
All our prices are fully inclusive with no hidden extras.

Beautiful house with lovely furnishings, great deal of thought gone into colour schemes. Lounge in lovely position overlooking sea & harbour. Very close to lots of dog walking areas. Pretty little enclosed garden enjoyed by dogs & humans! Great food at local pub,just a short stroll away for Sunday lunch.Lounge could do with more coffee tables or one large one in centre of room.Kitchen could do with larger draining board.

A joy
Brilliant place and setting. Owner Lynne really communicative and helpful. Exceptionally well supplied with kitchen and bbq gear. High standard of fixtures and furniture. Probably best for 6 adults 2 kids.

Harbour House
What a beautiful home in a great location with fabulous views. We had a fantastic Christmas. The house is so comfortable stylish and well equipped. Some wonderful pieces of art too.
The log burner was wonderful and we had a fabulous time. Lynne the host was so helpful and very quick to respond to any of our enquiries.
We look forward to a repeat trip maybe in the summer months.

Perfect location, view, family and pet friendly Harbour House
Harbour House in the perfect spot in Crail, their are sea views from many windows, the house is set out beautifully for a relaxing stay with a lovely kitchen and window seat with a sea view for that morning cuppa. A log burner in the living room, again with window seats and sea views and just has everything you need for the most idyllic and relaxing stay. The bedrooms are all beautifully decorated, good sizes and the towels and linen impeccable. The house was spotlessly clean, we can not recommend the property enough. The owner was extremely helpful and accommodating and our little dog was welcomed too. Will definitely visit again soon Sherrie

Lovely House
We stayed here over new year, and very much enjoyed it. The house is in a great location overlooking the harbour with lovely views over the Firth of Forth . It is very well equipped, and is comfortable and cosy. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing stay.

Family Time
3 generations of my family spent a week in this wonderful house and cottage. this is the second time we have stayed here. the house and cottage are extremely well equipped and very comfortable. the views and location are exceptional.lynne and gavin could not have been more helpful and accommodating during the recent difficulties.thank you.

Beautiful house in a beautiful location
We are just back from four days in Crail and stayed in Harbour house, having stayed in Crail many times this was by far the best accommodation we have stayed in and the best location. The house itself was exceptionally clean and had everything we could have asked for. It was spacious on the inside and was very tastefully decorated, outside there is a lovely well kept garden. It was in an ideal location at the harbour and beach and a 5 min walk to the main street. Harbour house will be our first choice when booking in Crail.

Stunning house and views

Home from home
We were two families (4 adults and 3 under 3s in total) visiting Crail and we had such a great stay in Harbour House. The house was really well equipped with everything we needed and it was incredibly comfortable and warm (under floor heating was a delight after a paddle in the cold North sea!). Lynne was really excellent and responded quickly to all my queries before arrival. The views from the house are wonderful (we were exceptionally lucky with the weather!), We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend the house to other visitors to Crail.

Beautiful House, Beautiful Location
Family get together for my son's 40th. Couldn't have picked a better house in a better location. Perfect for the family. Very well kitted out, with everything you need for a care free break. Great location looking out to the harbour. Nice garden with barbecue, though we didn't get the weather to try it out.

Harbour House and Cottage are locates on the East Neil Coastal Path - a few metres from the ancient road to Crail’s harbour.
The area is famous for golf all year round with St Andrews Old course 10-15 mins drive away.
