This is our brand new garden room!  It is actually a large greenhouse but great for relaxing in!
The sun is out but so is the wind? You will love this luxury greenhouse for those cuppas!  Enjoy!

This is a special property to me because it is the ground floor of Westview which I have been letting for holiday lets for approximately 3 years. I am now offering a similar facility but on the ground floor and it also offers future guests the possibility of renting the entire property for their friends and families if ever the need arises.
Please ask for more information if you are interested.
You will be able to park two cars off the road in the driveway. The upstairs must be allowed at least two parking spaces too so please ensure you leave room for their cars. You can park on the roadside. There are no parking fees.

The ground floor has three bedrooms which have 5 beds prepared but a sixth can be added and there is the addition of a luxury sofa bed in the lounge which could increase the sleeping for up to 9 guests.

I make every effort to meet you on arrival and show you around my home and answer any questions you might have. Then I will leave you to enjoy your stay but I am always on hand if you wish to ask me for advice or if there are any issues. I live at 56 South Beach and so I don't have far to come! I always leave items for starting off your stay so don't worry about washing liquid, powder etc and there will be fresh milk for that essential cup of tea/coffee on arrival.

This space was deceptively spacious. All very fresh and warm. Perfect location for the beach and town and appeared to be on a bus route also. The single room with patio doors to the courtyard was just so picture perfect. Just a lovely, lovely stayMore

Airport: Glasgow Prestwick: 6.0 km
Railway: Local Troon Station: 1.0 km
It is easy to find 88 South Beach, Troon KA10 6EG if you have Sat Nav.
If you drive past Royal Troon Golf Club as you arrive into Troon follow the road round towards the town and our property is the first one you see on the beachfront on the left hand side. There is parking in front of the property.
Arriving at Prestwick airport a taxi will take you about 5 minutes.
Arriving at Glasgow airport a taxi will take about 40 minutes and cost around £40 to £50
Arriving from Glasgow by train, you are about a 10 minute walk from the station. Make sure you head towards the sea though. Even I have made the mistake of walking away from the sea! (but then I have got the worst sense of direction ever!)
