How to get there
Nearest airport is Edinburgh approx 25 min drive. Glasgow airport is approx 45 min drive. Both airports are served by BA, Easyjet, Ryanair, Jet2 etc. Nearest train service is the new electric line with a 15 min service to Edinburgh or Glasgow, Armadale or Bathgate stations are both within 10 mins drive. Alternate train service is from Linlithgow station which is approx 15 min drive with frequent services to Edinburgh, Glasgow and Stirling with connections to Perth and Inverness. As the Cottage is in a rural location with an hourly bus service to Bathgate and Falkirk we would recommend visitors have their own transport. Full direction details are provided on our website.
