Beautiful one bedroomed cottage - attached to main bungalow - in a peaceful countryside setting with 2.5 acres of garden which our guests are welcome to use with or without their pets. There is a gazebo outside the French doors. Lovely place to enjoy the evening sun with a glass of wine. Idyllic! Suitable for young and old alike with lots of cycle paths, swimming pools, historical venues (West Lothian is a county full of history), country parks, shopping in abundance - Edinburgh, Glasgow, Livingston - to name but a few areas. Local shops in Blackburn and Bathgate and the village of Seafield is a few minutes walk away. Main banks are in Bathgate and Livingston.

Golf is very accessible - local Courses (all within 10/15 minutes drive): Bathgate - Deer Park - Pumpherstoun - Uphall - West Lothian - Harburn & Linlithgow. Championship cours...

At the end of a quiet lane,the cottage is welcoming with added touches by the owners,well equipped through out,walks handy for the dog.Close to our family for visits.Local supermarket short distance away.Popular attractions a car journey away.Looking forward to returning in the future.
