Beautifully presented self catering house in the picturesque village of Drymen. Rannoch is the greater part of a village residence with it's own large private back garden. All of the 4 bedrooms have ensuite facilities. There is a Rayburn cooker in the large open plan kitchen keeping the kitchen warm all the time. There is a very relaxing sitting room and also a dining room to seat 8..The house is centrally heated and there are also 2 log burning stoves to create a cosy feel for those colder evenings.
Ideal for families or groups of friends looking for a relaxing holiday. There is a large and varied library of books and a selection of board games.
The house is in walking distance of the village and only a few miles from Loch Lomond.
It is ideally based for visiting Glasgow and Edinburgh and on the doorstep to the Trossachs.

We spent the weekend in the house, very comfortable and everything provided to ensure we had a relaxing stay Celebrating my Dads birthday by doing the kilt walk

About the neighbourhood
Undoubtedly one of Scotland's biggest treasures, Loch Lomond and its surrounding countryside provides a wonderful setting for glorious walks, picnics on the beach, boat trips, fishing, sailing and kayaking. The whole area is part of the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park, the Queen Elizabeth Forest reaches down to the village edge, and we are situated on the world famous West Highland Way. Ben Lomond, on our doorstep, is a seriously good climb and the less strenuous Conic and Dumbling still offer breathtaking views as does Dumgoyne with the added attraction of a Distillery at its foot. Around here you'll find walks to suit all levels.
