Lovely, cosy but spacious two bedroom cottage situated at the rear of our family home. Located close to the beach, town and railway station in Colwyn Bay with plenty of restaurants and cafes. We are approximately 20 miles from Snowdonia making this a great base for all of the new attractions that North Wales has to offer, such as Surf Snowdonia and Zip World as well as those wishing to climb Snowdon....More

Strictly no hen & stag parties. Strictly no smoking. We request that guests take note that our cottage is in a residential area and respect our neighbours in terms of noise and late night disturbance. Any breakages must be reported immediately. Towels not supplied however can be provided upon request. Dogs accepted if well behaved and house trained. No more than 5 house guests permitted.

Perfect pet friendly accommodation

5th or 6th time here & just can’t fault it. We were 1st guests after lockdown & the place was immaculate but it always is. Great wifi, smart TV, brilliant location & the owners are so friendly/helpful. An absolute bargain too

Great situation for beach and restaurants.

Perfect base for exploring the area. Enclosed garden for great safety with our dogs. Comfortable beds and well equipped kitchen. Very quiet at night. No street or road noise.Perfectly priced holiday home.

Week with the grandkids

Set in a unique location less than 5 mins walk to the local beach and train station, our cottage location is perfect for getting around the North Wales coastline with so many things that North Wales has to offer such as Zip World, Surf Snowdonia and just 20 miles from Snowdon.

Getting around

A car is not critical if coming by train, as rail and bus links are very good; however a car will certainly allow easy travel to many of North Wales' attractions.
